How do I order your products?

Please order online by clicking the Add to Cart button.
We request a preferred date and time you will collect your order. 
The required information must be entered during Checkout.
Please allow 48 hours advance notice. Thank you. 😘

Do you always require 48 hours notice?

The more notice you provide for your order the better, as we may need to replenish ingredients.
However if you're hoping for some goodies on that day please phone us. We  would love to help if we can. 😘

When can I collect my cakes and cookies?

You can collect your goodies from Monday to Sunday 1pm - 4pm.
Your preferred pickup information will be required during Checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

As a courtesy, please notify us 24 hours in advance to update or cancel your order.

How do I transport my cakes and cookies?

We advise you to transport your goodies on the flattest part of your car (floor or boot) and to drive carefully.
We cannot promise that your cakes may shift or your cookies may break. 😮

How do I store my goodies?

Our cakes and cookies are best kept at room temperature for up to 3 days and 5 days respectively.
Please transfer goodies into an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
NOTE: Melting Moments can be refrigerated to avoid softening too quickly.

Unfortunately, our cakes and cookies do not cater to vegans. 😥

Do your goodies contain gluten?

Accepted Answer

Yes,  please be aware that all little miss pudding cakes and cookies contain gluten (wheat).

Do your cakes and cookies contain nuts?

Only some of our cakes and cookies contain peanuts or tree nuts. However, all products are prepared in the same area where some goodies containing nuts are created. 
Best procedures are always followed to minimise inadvertent cross-contamination.

What is your allergen statement?

We do not guarantee any of our cakes or cookies to be free of allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten (wheat).
Please refer to your individual selections for specific allergen information.

Sharron Tancred is the most wonderfully talented artist who created our logo and artwork.  
She is based in Brisbane and you can find her website at tailoredartworks.com.au

Is your kitchen registered?

Yes, our kitchen has been registered with the local Council as a home baking business. 😍

Are your decorations safe to eat?

Our decorative products including gold paint and glitter are all edible and comply with Food Standards Australia & New Zealand. 🙂
