All web orders to be placed 48 hours in advance.
All products to be picked up from our home address.
Cancellations or changes to your order require 24 hours notice in advance.
Whilst the products on our website represent our goods, as each is made by hand there may be slight variations. For example, weights of cookies or colours of chocolate glitter balls.
We are not responsible for breakages that may occur to your goods during transportation or due to mishandling.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone to advise and refund you.
